As you move along in your career you may have the opportunity to manage, design and do more analysis of more complex and difficult construction projects.

Your career could lead you to a construction site, a design laboratory, or any one of hundreds of places in need of a civil engineer. If you enjoy variety and flexibility in terms of the jobs you do and do not care about the locations of these jobs then it is a sure bet that a career in this particular engineering discipline might just be what the doctor ordered.
